“Being the first company to receive this license also reinforces the strength of our infrastructure and our ability to provide the best service in the market. Our capital expenditure over the past few years is bearing fruit. We plan to leverage our licenses to our advantage to enhance the customer experience, fulfill the expectations of both consumers and businesses, while maximizing shareholder value,” said Telecom Egypt managing director and CEO, Mohamed Nasr
Vodafone Egypt leads the way in 4G coverage at the moment, with its core consistent quality and 4G coverage experience. Connecting 45 million users, Vodafone's 45% market share, is a major competitor to providers like WE Mobile.
With the first 5G license acquired, WE Mobiles now has a significant competitive edge over its rivals, Etisalat, Orange and Vodafone.
