Saturday night witnessed the Accra, Ghana launch of the Suba app, an event-based iOS and Android mobile application that allows everyone at fun social gatherings (from concerts to weddings) to see and share photos together in one central photostream.

The two developers of this app, Nelson Klutse, and Eric Hackman are graduates of Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) and are now in the Meltwater incubator.

Established in Ghana in 2008, MEST offers aspiring African entrepreneurs a fully sponsored two-year, intensive full-time program. It provides training, VC funding, and mentoring for aspiring technology startups in Afrika.
